Helpful details to include

• Your Chrome version (chrome://version)
• The site address that is not blocked, or blocked by mistake
• For license issues: the email used at checkout. Please do not send your full key; the first and last 4 characters are enough.

Common fixes

• A site still opens. Reload the tab. Rules apply to the next page load. If it uses another domain (for example youtu.be), add that domain too, or turn on strict mode in Pro.
• Not working in Incognito. chrome://extensions, Details, turn on Allow in Incognito.
• "Activation limit reached". Remove the key in Settings on a browser you no longer use, or email us and we will free a slot.
• Moving to a new computer. Pro: Settings, Backup, Export, then Import on the new computer and paste your key.
